Job Context
- US-Bangla Airlines, the country`s largest private airline is inviting Bangladeshi Candidates to submit applications for the post of Executive-Contact Centre to work for its various Online Travel Agencies. (Trip Lover, Travel Champ, First Trip, Take Trip Ltd.)for our outstations.
Job Responsibilities
- Handling Inbound and Outbound call regarding Agency queries and complaints, providing information and solution effectively and professionally to ensure proper customer satisfaction.
- Providing customer support over E-mail, Social media, Live Chat and SMS.
- Providing information regarding Reservation/Airline Tickets/Hotel booking to agencies and partners.
- Able to calculate refund/re-issue/VOID and execute the amount in the system.
- Inform agent and passenger about the flight disruption of different airlines.
- Performing product tests, evaluating after-sales and support services, and facilitating improvements.
- Escalating the necessary complaints to the related department for smooth customer service.
- Keeping communication with corporate clients, partners and agencies.
- Keeping updated knowledge of the Airline's Promotional offers and other travel services as well.
- Collecting data as needed and sharing the necessary feedback/reports with the management.
- Able to work in roster-based operations.
- Any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the management.

Experience Requirements
- At most 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Airline Ticket Reservation, Call Center Management, customer care management - Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 27 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, highly communicative, strong analytical and crazy interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English & Bengali.
- Prior knowledge of MS Office, CX and CRM software will have an added advantage. Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information is preferred.
- Great organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to sustain high work pressure.
- Willingness to work on a roster basis and on weekends is crucial.
- Knowledge on Reservation systems for creating PNR, modifications, processes cancellations, and issuing/ refund ticket are amazing skills to add to your CV.
