Job Responsibilities Handling Inbound and Outbound call regarding Agency queries and complaints, providing information and solution effectively and professionally to ensure proper customer satisfaction. Providing customer support over E-mail, Social media, Live Chat and SMS. Providing information regarding Reservation/Airline Tickets/Hotel booking to agencies and partners. Able to calculate refund/re-issue/VOID and execute the amount in the system. Inform agent and passenger about the flight disruption of different airlines. Performing product tests, evaluating after-sales and support services, and facilitating improvements. E
