Responsibilities & Context
Digital Assets & Communications department inspires, tracks & manages the community and conversation in digital space to ensure qualitative upward trend for the brand. To derive and initiate positive digital dialogue, the team must initiate new creative routes and hence digital assets management and channel planning is essential to reach the right audience with the right content, at the right time. Pillar head will be responsible for envisioning, planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall strategy across the entire digital space for bKash, and create a brand new team to ensure bKash has the most impact digital footprint of any entity in Bangladesh. He / She will be firmly involved in creating brand awareness within existing and new users, while developing a plan to build a cashless society in Bangladesh by bringing about tangible behavioral change.
- Identify the affinity of bKash customers and create different cohorts and segment based on their demography and psychography, deriving from different data points data of internal and external resources.
- Create value for customers, by cross matching their affinity with bKash product and service propositions, to drive long term behavior change and create brand affinity.
- Assess business opportunities through the lens of value creation, to contribute meaningfully to strategic conversations and increase positive brand value for bKash.
- Craft campaign and project strategy for different digital assets owned by the company to drive consumer engagement and create brand advocacy.
- Conceptualize and execute research-based framework for strategy formulation, to drive key strategic decisions.6. Identification and evaluation of all tools and platforms used by digital assets (example: social listening tools, AI-based content management tools, research tools, etc.).
- Work cross-functionally with the Commercial, Marketing, App Operations to drive internal collaboration and support growth opportunities.
- Develop and drive strategic campaign/projects deriving from the core bKash brand strategy.
- Align relevant stakeholders and conduct periodic update meetings to share progress and highlight bottlenecks - escalate and drive closure where needed.
- To maintain brand campaign management and drive brand health tracker management.
- Work with the Brand Acquisition function to identify brands with the correct ‘fit’ and potential for growth as part of business expansion.
