We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital media wings across all digital and social media channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The manager will lead and work with the various sections like digital & social media, research & development, online, marketing, vendors to launch campaigns on time and budget.
Job Description / Responsibility
Lead the Digital & Social media team.
Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising
Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams and guide them to run over right track.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end audience experience across multiple channels.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Knowledge and passion for digital media (including mobile, social) with a continuous improvement mindset.
Collaborate with service provider, agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Connection and communication with technology leading companies like Google-Youtube, Facebook, Amazon etc.
Communication & reporting to top level management.
Handling crisis and disaster to overcome
Identify and optimize best performing content and distribution channels for delivery to ensure focus of content development.
Set content quality standards and style guides that align with Lifehack’s business mission and unique identity.
Deliver and execute strategic roadmaps for both SEO and premium content.
Review Lifehack content and offer actionable feedback for our editorial team.
Keep up with latest media trends and SEO guides to get our content read by the world.
B.Sc in Computer Science or related Technical/ Engineering degree from reputed University.
Applicants from any other educational background should have well experiences and sound knowledge on web & digital media technologies mentioned above.

Proven working experience in digital media
More than 7 years on related field
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Expert on Youtube MCN, CMS management with claim handling
Handling digital content Legal & copyright issues
Ensuring Content security and protection
Knowledge on Value Added Services (VAS) platform
Knowledge on Video on Demand (VOD) & Live streaming platform
Experience on Amazon Web Services (AWS), CDN, etc.
Strong overall technological understanding on online news portal
Solid knowledge of analytics tools
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital media marketing and measurement.
Able to work remotely but still deliver timely output.
Energetic, passionate with an ability to see challenges as possibilities.
