General Manager, Enterprises
• Develop, establish and execute of Operating Policies and Procedures to achieve the business goals.• Ensure quality of production and inventory management as per annual production plan.• Ensure quality control of all products and services and monitor all marketing and sales activities. • Execute sales strategy and lead the team to meet sales budget and monitor sales
performance, product promotion and market development.• Develop marketing plan for enhancing market share and achieve sales target as per yearly budget.• Set operational and performance goals which are aggressive, achievable and tied to long-term results.• Identify the performance of the staff and take necessary initiatives for development.
Educational Requirements: The candidates must have Bachelor/ Masters/ MBA in any discipline with minimum 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements: At least 10 years’ experience. Experience in Marketing/ Agriculture will be given preference.

Senior Officer, Communications; BRAC Education Programme (BEP)
Coordinate Education Management Forum (EMF) and monthly coordination meeting among managers of BEP. In charge of all documentation of these meetings
Update and track the agenda task list of overall BEP
Maintain communications and up-to-date knowledge about program activities
Preparing different background document, concept note and project proposal according to need of the program
Assisting BEP’s different unit in order to communicate with national and international consultants and to arrange necessary meetings, including preparing TORs
Ensuring and providing an efficient, effective and friendly planning service to all the components of BEP
Maintain smooth, friendly and effective liaison with other units in order to enhance knowledge on different education and other activities
Undertake initiative to orient BEP’s management level staff on global trend of sector wide educational planning; provide necessary support in designing program implementation plan and do the mapping of different interventions within BEP
Provide support in designing strategy or policy document of different components of BEP
Ensure and provides an efficient, effective and friendly planning service to all the components of BEP
Undertake consultations with national and international stake holders and government officials engaged in education sector
Provide different sort of supports as deemed necessary by the program
Educational Requirements: Masters with minimum 2nd class/ division in all academic examination
Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is required
Additional Job Requirements:
Excellent proficiency in reading, and writing Bangla
Good proficiency in writing English
Good MS Office skills, specially Word and Power-Point
Strong analytical and conceptual skills with strong knowledge on developmental issues
Ready to work under pressure and stress, must be deadline oriented and committed to assignment
Age Range: Maximum 35 years
